Payment on day of completion.

All materials money to be payed 5 days prior to work commencing.

Jobs going over 2 weeks to complete will require 30% labour deposit as well as materials money upfront.

Any jobs that will take longer than 1 month will require stage payments to be agreed before the contract starts.

Any alterations to agreed works need to go into the job book which is kept on site and requires approval from Newlin & Flynn and the client to amend the final bill.
